Greenstaff HomeCare will take the worry out of arranging complex, long term care for your loved ones at home. We are part of the Greenstaff Medical family who provide highly experienced nurses and other healthcare workers into homes across England.

Delivering the right care is at the heart of what we do. We provide trained nurses and healthcare assistants to support individuals with a range of complex health needs from mental health, nursing care, brain injury, spinal injury, congenital and degenerative conditions. Our staff are overseen by an expert clinical governance team and supported by trained nurses.

We currently have a vast candidate database comprising of specialist registered nurses and other healthcare professionals, ready to be activated for your homecare needs. We operate on a digital care planning and management system, meaning that there are no longer paper folders at any properties. Additionally, we operate our own internal Clinical Governance team to ensure clinical safety and best practice.

 

 

What we do

We are an all-service homecare agency, with a nationwide scope, that can provide you with the appropriate care assistance for you and your family’s needs.

Our services include broad service types such as Rapid Response, Emergency Care, Long-term Care, Complex Care, Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour and Learning Disability assistance.

We can also provide highly trained nurses or healthcare assistants to support patients with brain or spinal injuries, and congenital and degenerative conditions.

How we work

With a 'Good' CQC rating and a commitment to excellence, we ensure that our staff are fully trained and equipped to deliver complex care. Our Clinical Lead personally oversees bespoke training and competency assessments, ensuring that our team is ready to manage even the most challenging care scenarios.

We also offer comprehensive support with Personal Health Budget (PHB) management and governance, ensuring that care is not only high-quality but also compliant with regulations. Our team works closely with commissioners and case managers to ensure seamless governance and the efficient allocation of PHBs, so you can be confident that funding and care needs are managed appropriately.
