We’re on the lookout for Healthcare Assistant who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to people with complex needs. In return, we offer excellent pay, free training and upskilling, and rota-booked work in a team that puts people first.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-6 months' experience in care/support work
• Right to work in the UK (Sorry, we cannot provide sponsorship)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
• Proof of mandatory training (We provide this free if needed)
• 2 professional references from a line manager or senior
• Personal care including skin integrity checks
• Manual Handling
• Medication Management
• Extensive mental health experience needed
• PMVA, Makaton, and comfortable with very challenging behaviour
• Regular work available - 3 x 12 hour shifts a week

Travel Requirements:

Full UK driving licence with business insurance preferred (some clients need transport), or ability to travel easily to client homes within a reasonable distance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing emotional and practical support
• Assisting with personal care and mobility
• Helping with appointments, meals, household tasks
• Monitoring and administering medication
• Working collaboratively with a close-knit care team
• Maintaining detailed records and safeguarding your clients
