We’re currently recruiting Registered Nurses to join our growing team across Swindon You’ll be supporting people with complex health needs in their homes and communities — offering care that makes a real difference to families’ lives.

What We’re Looking For:

6 months’ experience in community or with complex care patients

NMC Registration

Right to work in the UK (Sorry, we cannot provide sponsorship)

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

Up-to-date clinical training certificates (we can provide this for free if needed)

Two professional references (from a clinical lead or line manager)

Ventilation and airway management

Renal transplant

Epilepsy

Oral suctioning

Travel Requirements:

Full UK driving license with business insurance is preferred (some children require transport), or

Ability to travel easily to client homes across Somerset and surrounding areas

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting people with complex medical needs, including ventilation, renal transplant, Epilepsy, suctioning

Administering medications and monitoring health conditions

Acting as a clinical advocate for your patients, safeguarding their wellbeing

Accurately documenting all care and ensuring CQC compliance
