What We’re Looking For:

3-6 months' experience in care/support work

Right to work in the UK (Sorry, we cannot provide sponsorship)

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)

Proof of mandatory training (We provide this free if needed)

2 professional references from a line manager or senior

Travel Requirements:

Full UK driving licence with business insurance preferred (some clients need transport), or ability to travel easily to client homes within a reasonable distance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing emotional and practical support

Assisting with personal care and mobility

Helping with appointments, meals, household tasks

Monitoring and administering medication

Working collaboratively with a close-knit care team

Maintaining detailed records and safeguarding your clients
