Complex Care Staff Wanted 💚

👋 Hi, I’m Oli (Olivia)!

I’m 45, autistic and have ADHD. I’ve been supported by the Greenstaff Complex Care Team since 2022, and I’m looking for friendly, reliable and experienced people to join my team.

🚹 This role is open to male applicants only.

I need a team of male support workers. This is part of my care plan and how my support works best for me.

I receive 3:1 support during both the day and night, so you’ll be joining a dedicated, close-knit team. As this is an established package, you’ll have experienced staff around you who can help, support and guide you as you settle into the role.

🔄 THE ROTA

📅 5 days on, 5 days off

☀️🌙 Alternating between day and night shifts in blocks of five.

This predictable, long-term rota makes it easier to plan your life, appointments and commitments outside work. It can also work particularly well for staff travelling from further away, as you can stay locally during your five working days and then enjoy five full days off.

There may also be opportunities to pick up extra shifts.

🏨 A nearby hotel offers good rates for staff, and there may sometimes be the option to share a room with someone working the opposite shift to help reduce accommodation costs.

It can take me a little while to feel comfortable with new people, but once we build a connection, you’ll see my playful side.
