Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months' experience in care/support work
• Right to work in the UK (Sorry, we cannot provide sponsorship)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
• Proof of mandatory training (We provide this free if needed)
• 2 professional references from a line manager or senior
• Experience with paediatric clients, learning disability, challenging behaviour and self harm

Travel Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with business insurance preferred (some clients need transport), or ability to travel easily to client homes within a reasonable distance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing emotional and practical support
• Assisting with personal care and mobility
• Helping with appointments, meals, household tasks
• Monitoring and administering medication
• Working collaboratively with a close-knit care team
• Maintaining detailed records and safeguarding your clients
